IntroductionThe Sector Skills Planning (SSP) department is responsible for ensuring that ESETA develops learnerships that are appropriate for the skills needs of the energy sector.They do this by conducting research into sector skills needs, as well as by evaluating Workplace Skills Plans and Annual Training Reports.
